SECULAR WEDDING CEREMONIES
I am designated by the Department of Home Affairs as a Marriage Officer in terms of the Civil Union Act, 2006. Registration number CU/209. I am registered under the South African Secular Society.
I offer secular wedding ceremonies, which are unencumbered by religious rules and expectation. Some people see themselves as secular and spiritual. For others, secularism means excluding both religious and spiritual belief. I offer services for both worldviews by focusing on traditions instead of on beliefs. I feel that the overarching value that is present in secular ceremonies is that of human needs and of people's right to make their own life choices while striving to live in harmony with each other and with the world around them.

NO JUDGEMENT OR DISCRIMINATION
The ceremonies I conduct enable you, the couple, to shape your wedding service according to your specific needs and wishes, forging a union that it is unique, open, non-judgemental and non-discriminatory. I offer legal marriage/partnership services to interfaith, same sex/LGBTQI (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Questioning and Intersex) and opposite-sex couples.
